Today, Laurie brings decades of experience, a discerning eye for the dog, and a deep understanding of the breed, structure, and movement, along with an unwavering dedication to preserving what Jane worked so hard to build. Ashley contributes a strong focus on puppy development, temperament, and the meaningful, lifelong relationships we form with our puppy families, and shares the same deep commitment to preserving Jane’s vision.
Together, we are united by a shared purpose: to honor the past while thoughtfully shaping the future of Seastar Tollers. Our dogs are first and foremost family members; they live in our homes, are raised with intention, and remain with us for their entire lives. We do not place our retired Tollers—they stay where they belong: at home.
This lifelong commitment shapes every decision we make as breeders and reflects the respect we have for the dogs who give us so much. We believe that stewardship does not end when a show career or breeding plan does; it lasts for as long as we are fortunate enough to share our lives with these dogs.
