Meet the Team Behind Seastar

We are Laurie Warden and Ashley Smith, sisters at heart and partners in purpose. 

Laurie, Jane’s sister and longtime confidant, has stood beside her not only as family but also as a trusted voice in the development and direction of the Seastar program since 1996. Ashley joined the program over a decade ago and worked closely under Jane’s mentorship, becoming an integral part of both the kennel and the family. 

Together, we have been shaped by Jane’s standards, her ethics, and her belief that breeding is a responsibility carried for a lifetime.
